Meeting people is not always easy in this day and age!
I wondered if there was some novel way one could signal interest in someone without actually approaching and speaking to them.
Maybe someone on a train, at a dinner party, in a bar, or indeed anywhere that someone is in your vicinity (within Bluetooth range, typically 10m).
Tingle is the result of that effort.
